Who takes the payment?
Paddle.com, our online reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle processes the order, issues the invoice and handles taxes. Your bank statement shows PADDLE.NET.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, from your account settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the period already paid, then moves to the Free plan.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 14 days of a subscription’s first payment, and for an unused credit pack. Read the refund policy.
What happens to included credits?
Credits included with a subscription reset at each renewal. Credits you buy stay on your account.
